| The photo was taken on a recent trip to New Mexico. This is a very famous old church in Ranchos De Taos. It has very frequently been photographed and painted. Built in 1772, the San Francisco de Asis church is an excercise in architectural design necessary at the time in order to build with tamped mud and straw. |
